For years we’ve been helping guests explore sailing itineraries all over Greece with the benefit of real local sailing experience — and now we’ve brought that knowledge to life in an entirely new way.
We’re excited to launch our new Interactive Sailing Itinerary platform on Yachtswork: a beautifully designed, fully immersive route-planning experience that allows you to explore your holiday before you even step aboard.
Our first release showcases what we genuinely believe is the finest 7-day sailing route in the Ionian Islands — carefully refined over years of sailing experience, local knowledge, weather judgment, and countless unforgettable voyages through western Greece.
Guests can now follow each day of the route across an interactive map of the Ionian, complete with animated sailing passages, overnight stops, hidden bays, swim locations, alternative anchorages, and hand-picked points of interest. Click on destinations to discover stunning photography, insider notes, local history, and the kind of detail only experienced skippers tend to know.
This isn’t a generic route planner or a static map copied from a guidebook. Every stop, detour, and recommendation comes from real experience sailing these waters ourselves. We know when the famous west coast beaches are too exposed to swell, where the calm anchorages are hidden, which tavernas are still authentic, and how to shape a route around the changing conditions of the Greek seas.
Importantly, these immersive itineraries are not simply there to entertain after booking — they are designed to help you decide whether you want to come sailing with us in the first place. We believe guests deserve to understand the sort of experiences, scenery, anchorages, sailing passages, and atmosphere they can genuinely expect before committing to a holiday. Too often yacht charters rely on generic brochures and vague promises. We wanted to build something far more transparent, informative, and inspiring.
The itineraries are designed to help both flotilla guests and independent charterers better visualise what a week at sea could actually feel like. Whether you’re dreaming about wandering the waterfront in Fiskardo, anchoring beneath the cliffs of Lefkada, enjoying sunset drinks above Kastos, or spending a peaceful night under the stars in Ithaca, the experience now begins long before departure.
The maps are fully interactive across desktop and mobile, with smooth route animations, layered exploration, overnight harbour guides, curated photography, and intuitive controls that allow guests to explore Greece in as much detail as they wish.
And this is only the beginning.
Over the coming months we’ll be expanding the system with additional Ionian itineraries and entirely new interactive sailing routes for the Cyclades, Dodecanese, Argosaronic Gulf, and Sporades Islands — all regions we’ve sailed extensively ourselves and where we already have hundreds of spectacular photographs, anchorages, stories, and local insights ready to share.
